LIVE GROUP ONLINE YOGA

GENTLE HATHA is a beginner-focused classical yoga class for students who are new to a yoga practice or for students that are skilled but seeking a slower flow. Susan offers encouragement and guidance, cueing movement and breath with detail as well as demonstration of props for pose modifications. Transitions between poses are longer to allow the student time to find his or her alignment before holding the pose.

On the mat, we strengthen, stretch, balance, release tension and soothe, developing awareness of the breath as we sit in asana, creating body~mind health and well-being.

Susan recommends students have two blocks, a strap and blanket near the mat in home studios

Please Note:

1) Registration for a class opens 21 days before the offering and closes 24 hours prior to class start time ... due to demand with our sliding scale pricing we encourage registering early

2) Classes already purchased can be canceled up to 4 hours before class start with a credit applied to the student's account redeemable for 30 days

3) Please log-in 10 minutes before class start (thank you!)

4) Please ensure your Zoom display name matches your preferred name

5) It is the student's choice to turn the camera on or off; if a student chooses to keep the camera on, this assists Susan with cueing pose alignment

6) Student audio is muted through closing intentions; Susan then unmutes student audio for 15-minutes of post-class community vibe and interaction
