ABOUT Susan


Before changing careers to a registered Yoga Alliance teacher, meditation teacher and Ayurvedic coach, Susan enjoyed a successful career in global corporate accounting. In 2017 due to international travel and managing global teams, she turned to yoga to alleviate stress while enhancing strength, balance and flexibility. Having grown up a competitive gymnast, she loved the movement and stretching on the mat followed by the grounded calm state-of-being her yoga practice created.

In 2020, Susan decided to transition her path from accounting to wellness, becoming certified in mediation and yoga. Having practiced Ayurveda since 2002, she incorporated this knowledge into her lifestyle wellness offerings. Initially she taught in person, gaining experience, before desiring a global reach to encourage others to choose a lifestyle of health and well-being, able to live an empowered life with Vitality.
